Full payment is due and payable within 30 days following your receipt of the product. If payment is not made to Novair Heat Pumps Inc. by the due date, interest will accrue on the outstanding amount at a monthly rate of 1.25%, or an annual rate of 15%. Cold climate heat pumps

To qualify for the 10-year warranty, installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician and registered through an authorized dealer. The dealer must also be approved by PRIME Warranty.
